Welcome to quuix! Get ready to organize and prioritize your projects in a fun, flexible, and rewarding way. Here’s how to get started:
Navigating to Your Trello Board
- Check your email for a Trello invite and click on the provided link.
- Sign up for a new account or log in if you already have one.
- You’ll be directed to your Trello board.
Creating a New Task
- Locate the list you want to add a task to and click ‘Add a card’ at the bottom.
- Type the name of your task and press ‘Enter’.
- Click on the new task to add more details like descriptions, checklists, and due dates.
Editing a Task
- Click on the task you want to modify.
- Directly edit the title, description, or update details such as labels and due dates.
- To move the task to another list, simply drag and drop it to the desired location.
Deleting a Task
- Open the task and select ‘Archive’ from the bottom right options.
- To permanently delete an archived task, go to the board menu, select ‘More’, then ‘Archived Items’, find the task, and choose ‘Delete’.
Additional Basics
- Inviting Team Members: Click ‘Invite to board’ at the top of the board, enter their email, and send the invitation.
- Using Labels for Categorization: Open a task, choose ‘Labels’, and select or create a label.
- Setting Due Dates: Open a task, select ‘Due Date’, and choose the appropriate date and time.
- Creating Lists for Organization: Click ‘Add a list’ on the board, name it, and click ‘Save’.
